Spin Cheese Factory - Stancija Spin
Spin Cheese Factory is located in Tar, within the Stancija Spin. Stancija Spin is an old stone estate and a sheep farm. It is located only two kilometers from the sea. This area has a long tradition of sheep breeding, so during the 20th century, Stancija Spin specialized in sheep breeding, and in the eighties in cheese production. They produce cow's and mixed cheese, cheese with truffles and cottage cheese. The estate has a rustically decorated tasting room where you can arrange tastings or workshops on pairing cheese with wine.
