Pesa Marija olive oil
OPG Marija Peša je obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo dugogodišnje tradicije sa otoka Brača, na sjevernoj strani otoka između mjesta Škripi i Postira. Ovo bogato imanje i uljara je nastala iz ljubavi prema maslinama i maslinovom ulju koja se prenosi generacijama. Dugovječna stabla maslina, plodno tlo i neprekidna tradicija maslinarstva na otoku, njihov su izvor svakodnevne inspiracije. Maslinovo ulje obitelji Peša dobiva se od autohtone sorte Oblica kojeg krasi intenzivna zeleno- žuta boja, te srednje pikantni, gorki i slatki okus. Proizvodnja samoga ulja je certificirano organska (bez dodataka ikakvih pesticida ), te se koriste metode hladnog prešanja kako bi se očuvala nutritivna vrijednost i bogatstvo mirisa i okusa. Osim uzgoja i prerade maslina, OPG također proizvodi domaće džemove te bračke slatke delicije poput ušećerenih badema, suhih smokvi i arancina. The indigenous oblica trees from which the oil is obtained require intense care to ensure the quality of the oil is maintained. I learned that an intense green color is added to the oil to improve the taste.

Located in the Island of Brac, this olive farm is quite extensive.Their olive oil is obtained from Oblica variety. Their olive oil has an intensive green - yellow colour

We got the chance to taste their olive oils and other products . We had a wide a variety to taste from given to us by the friendly owner, and they were all of good quality. Will definitely come back

Their olive oil was really sweet. I toured their olive farm . I saw the farming practices they observe. I bought some of their olive oils

I bought some products such as olive oil and their homemade jams and candied almonds. My husband loves the food I cook with this oil, my kids on the other hand don't stop eating the jam apart from spreading it on bread. Thank You to the farm owners.
