Sirana Kolačević
Sirana Kolačević je obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo u selu Kalinovači, nedaleko Gospića. Gospodarstvo vodi mladi bračni par, Martina i Nikola Kolačević. Nakon života u velikom gradu, oni su se 2000. godine odlučili preseliti na Nikolinu djedovinu. Drže krave, ovce i koze. Godišnje proizvedu oko 40 tisuća litara mlijeka. Proizvode škripavac, polutvrdi kravlji sir, jogurt, basu i skutu. Njihovi su sirevi višestruko nagrađivani. Na imanju se mogu degistirati i kupiti proizovdi sirane.

The Cheese Factory Kolacevic was a fantastic place that we visited with my family and had the chance of tasting some of the fine cheese varieties and the amazing products that are produced at the place. We enjoyed the tour and has a special picture for us as a family.

The animals in this location are properly bred with nutritious intakes and constant medical check up which adds up to the quality of the produce. I bought various types of cheese for my home-consumption.

This farm is heavenly. They produce cows cheese and other milk products such as yoghurt and Basa. I got to see how their milk is processed to produce all these products and it was satisfying.

We were here for cheese tasting and it was a wonderful experience for me and my friends. We had a variety of their products to choose from such as the semi-hard cow's cheese and cottage cheese. They were all delicious and worth value of money.

The cheese production and processing at the farm has been done for a long time and they have a good experience with it. We enjoyed the tour around the factory with the help of the guide and told us the history of the place.

We visited the place and it would not a success if i could not pass by the factory outlet and bought some of the wonderful cheese products for me and for use back at home.
