Atena olive oil
OPG Plenković je obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo dugogodišnje tradicije sa otoka Hvara. Ovo bogato imanje i uljara je nastala iz ljubavi prema maslinama i maslinovom ulju koja se prenosi generacijama. Dugovječna stabla maslina, plodno tlo i neprekidna tradicija maslinarstva na otoku, njihov su izvor svakodnevne inspiracije. Maslinova ulja koja OPG proizvodi su pod brendom Atena Premium i Atena Slavač. Atena Premium je ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje visoke kakvoće za profinjena nepca i znalce koji od ovog proizvoda očekuju izvrsnost. Ima srednje do intenzivno izraženu voćnost u mirisu po plodu masline i zelenoj travi, po jabuci i rajčici. Atena Slavač je blagog okusa koje će zadovoljiti široki krug potrošača koji prefeiraju blaga maslinova ulja. Nježnog je mirisa po zrelom plodu masline, mekanog okusa po zrelom voću i izraženih cvjetnih nota. Proizvodnja samoga ulja je certificirano organska (bez dodataka ikakvih pesticida ), te se koriste metode hladnog prešanja kako bi se očuvala nutritivna vrijednost i bogatstvo mirisa i okusa. I was delighted to meet people who have stuck to their tradition of olives and oil productions. It was an awesome history experience of why the farm was created from the knowledgeable staff who knew all the information about the farm. An insightful learning experience it was!

The Atena olive oil farm has some awesome trees for the olive and some of them are old and mixed up with the new ones. It is like having a museum of the trees at the fields on the farm and it looks beautiful. We had a stroll and the guide helped us get some information about the place and the trees and we loved it.

I loved how their olive oil is packaged. The bottles were really classy. Their olive oil is really sweet. It has a really nice aromatic smell. I bought one to use at home.

This olive farm is really lovely. Everything has been put into consideration to produce top quality olive oil. The Aten aPremium was my favourite product. I enjoyed tasting their olive oils

Interesting place to visit with my friends and we were entertained by the processes that are involved in the making of the olive oil. The farm also has a great history that we had the chance to learn about. It is a nice place to visit for anybody especially the people interested in the history.

The olive oil is the major thing that brought us to the sight and we could not miss the chance of getting the readily prepared sample of the oil. We bought some and it was not disappointing at all.
