Mljekara Latus mala je obiteljska mljekara u Žminju u Istri. Proizvode široku paletu mliječnih proizvoda: svježe mlijeko, jogurt, vrhnje, tvrde i polutvrde sireve. Svi proizvodi nastaju iz najkvalitetnijeg mlijeka istarskih pašnjaka, po starim receptima i uz dodatak suvremenih trendova. Dnevno prerade do 10 000 litara mlijeka. U njihovom Milk & Cheese baru moguće su degustacije Latus proizvoda, uz prethodnu najavu.

Amazing scenic views by the harbour,the restaurant is perfect for a morning in Zadar, the breakfast that comprises of tasty eggs and bacon are to die for. The staff are kind and their services are excellent, they recommended meals to us and they were surprisingly pleasant and delicious, we were not disappointed. Nice location to chill by the water
