Zlata Cheese Factory
Zlata Cheese Factory is located within the Sahdanovic family farm in Krsan (Istria). In 2016, they were named the best family farm in Croatia. They produce various types of cheese such as Skripavac, hard and semi-hard cheese, Parmesan, cheese with truffles, and other dairy products such as cottage cheese, plain yogurt and yogurt with probiotics. All products can be tasted and purchased on the farm.
