Restoran Wine Vault nalazi se u sklopu hotela Monte Mulini u Rovinju. Kao što mu ime govori, svoju popularnost restoran je stekao kroz zavidno bogatu vinsku kartu koja svojim gostima nudi preko 320 različitih etiketa vrhunskih vina i vinara, kako u Hrvatskoj, tako iu ostatku svijeta. Tradicionalni ambijent starog vinskog podruma savršeno odgovara temi restorana, dajući osjećaj skromnog luksuza. Wine Vault nudi spoj tradicionalne francuske kuhinje (koristeći svježe lokalne sastojke) s modernim načinima pripreme hrane.

We visited this restaurant in Rovinj. The food was very good and their wine selection was excellent. The service was super friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cosy. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to have a nice night out with friends or family

As a wine lover the restaurant was the perfect place for me, we had over 320 different labels to try, we tried 100 labels during our three day visit here and they were great. While inside of the old wine cellar there is a feeling of modest luxury portrayed through the theme of the restaurant. Will definitely come back.

The location was designed greatly, the interior was very charming and well lit, it also offers over three hundred wine labels that are busting in taste. I loved the experience of tasting high rated wines in a great location.

My wife and I had the best experience when we visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. The service was friendly, and the food was tasty. Our waiter brought us two glasses of wine when we sat down and told us about the specials for the day, which were very reasonably priced.

The traditional wine cellar theme incorporated in this location. The interior screams class and luxury. I loved what they did with the candles on the ceiling, such a wonderful setup for romance. Absolutely amazing
