Vilma Slastice d.o.o. is a family farm with a long tradition from the island of Rab. In order to preserve the high quality of the fruit, the olives are harvested exclusively by hand and processed in the oil mill on the same day. The most common olive variety on the island of Rab is oblica or orkula (orcula), an ancient Greek variety that has survived in the Kvarner region to this day, in their raspberry oil. The production of the oil itself is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and cold pressing methods are used to preserve the nutritional value and richness of aroma and taste. In addition to olive oil, OPG is engaged in making homemade desserts and delicacies according to traditional recipes, and handmade pralines, chocolates, dragees and fresh chocolate desserts under the common brand Chocolate mediterraneum. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in specialized stores, through the webshop and in direct agreement with the family farm.
