Terra Madre Winery is located in Klek, in the Komarna vineyards. Komarna vineyards are the only certified completely ecological Croatian vineyards. They offer indigenous Dalmatian varieties Plavac mali, Posip, and international varieties Syrah, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Terra Madre wines have won 16 valuable awards so far. In 2019, an international award arrived, a silver medal from the prestigious Decanter competition in London for the 2016 Plavac Premium. The building of the Terra Madre winery is located in the middle of the vineyard. It consists of a cellar, tasting room and terrace with a magical view of the sea, the Peljesac peninsula, the islands of Brac and Hvar. The winery is open for individual and group visits, tasting and shopping.
