Sember Winery is located in Donji Pavlovcani near Jastrebarsko. It is run by the Sember family of eight. The tradition of vine growing and wine production is passed down from generation to generation in the Sember family. They are especially proud of their sparkling wine, a blend of chardonnay, graševina and autochthonous Plesivica variety Plavec Zuti.
The winery has a tasting room with 30 seats indoors and 40 seats on the covered terrace and is open to all wine lovers to taste and buy excellent Sember wines.
