The San Lorenzo Olive oil mill is located in Vodnjan and has been operating since 2008. The oil mill is actively engaged in olive processing, purchase of olives and sale of domestic olive oil. State-of-the-art technology allows the processing temperature not to exceed 27 degrees Celsius, which enables the production of first-class extra virgin olive oil. The production of the oil itself is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and cold pressing methods are used to preserve the nutritional value and richness of aroma and taste. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in the oil mill, and in direct agreement with the family farm.
