Pupacic Prosciutto Farm is located in Kostanje near Omis. The farm is led by Ivan Pupacic, who inherited it from his father Jozo. They are engaged in the production of Poljica prosciutto, according to a special traditional recipe of this area. The specificity of this prosciutto is that the pelvic bone is left on the prosciutto, which serves as protection in the most sensitive part. The drying room has a capacity of 5,000 pieces of prosciutto, and the entire production takes place according to modern standards. Prosciutto Pupacic has won numerous awards.
