Prosciutto Farm Jelinic is located in Sv. Petar u Šumi. It was founded in 1999 and is one of the first registered prosciutto farms in Istria. The elevated position is ideal for the production of the Istrian prosciutto because of the intertwining of the Bura wind and the mild Mediterranean climate. Prosciutto Jelinic is produced according to the traditional principle, with sea salt and pepper - without preservatives. Respecting tradition and microclimatic conditions, a top product is obtained, as evidenced by the awards and loyal customers.
