Pršutana Brkić
Pršutana Brkić smještena je u mjestu Lozovac, u zaleđu Šibenika. Bavi se preradom i sušenjem dalmatinskog pršuta i drugih suhomesnatih proizvoda. Pršut se priprema tradicionalno: uz morsku sol, buru i dim. U proizvodnji se ne koriste pojačivači okusa ili umjetna bojila. Pršut Brkić osvojio je zlatnu medalju na Međunarodnom sajmu pršuta u Tinjanu 20217. godine.

The Prosciuttos were very delicious. They were well cooked. I loved the originality and uniqueness of this place. Its surrounding was stunning

My kids and I loved the traditional meat specialities in Prosciutto Farm Brkic restaurant.
I mostly enjoyed the authenticity of their meat products. I will recommend the
restaurant to anyone visiting Croatia.

We bought some cured meat products from the farm to take back home. My wife loved them is always happy cooking them for me, she says that's the best way to live a healthy living style. Will come back.
