Prosciutto Bursic is a family farm located in Vodnjan. They have been producing Istrian prosciutto, pancetta, Ombolo, sausages and Spaleta for 30 years. In their traditionally decorated estate, you can taste and buy top-quality Istrian prosciutto, extra virgin olive oil, and other local products. The tasting room has 150 seats and is surrounded by greenery, animals, and a children's playground.
