Persic Family Farm
The Persic family farm is located near Medulin in Istria. They raise cows and sheep on the farm and produce cheese. They offer hard and semi-hard cow's cheese and mixed cheese from sheep's and cow's milk. They produce about 100 kilograms of cheese a day, and all are sold out regularly. The Persic family has been engaged in agriculture for a long time, but in addition to tradition, they also rely on modern technology. They have a robot for milking cows. On the property, it is possible to try and buy top-quality Persic cheeses.
