OPG Perinic has located its native olive groves in Pican, in the heart of Istria, and has been operating since 2010 as part of its own oil mill, and for tasting purposes they also have a tasting room. The primary activity of this family estate is olive growing, ie the production of top-quality, multi-award-winning extra virgin olive oil from indigenous Istrian varieties. Olives are harvested by hand, grown and processed traditionally using modern technologies, their production is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and the oil is cold pressed. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in specialized stores, on the farm and in direct agreement with the family farm.
