Orbanic Cheese Factory is located in Pazin, Istria. They are engaged in the production of cheese in the traditional way, from unpasteurized milk. In this way, cheeses have a more intense taste than industrial ones and contain healthy bacteria and enzymes important for immunity. In addition, it is very important to them that from the very beginning of the process it is of good quality, i.e. they take special care of the health and well-being of their cows. They produce fresh milk, cottage cheese, curd, cheeses of various maturities, plain and fruit yogurts, and whey.
