OPG Negri with a successful long tradition since 2002 has located its native olive groves on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula, on Brgod, in the town of Trget. The primary activity of this family farm is olive growing, ie the production of the award-winning Negri extra virgin olive oil. Specially selected varieties give this oil a recognizable green color, uniform bitterness and spiciness with a taste of bitter almonds and thyme, and a distinctive aroma and taste of olives, apples and herbs. Olives are harvested by hand, grown and processed traditionally using modern technologies, their production is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and the oil is cold pressed. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in specialized stores, on the farm and in direct agreement with the family farm.
