Winery Milan is located in Kastel Novi, between Split and Trogir. They produce exclusively the white wine variety Posip. Winemaker Ivica Milan bravely "moved" Posip seedlings from the island of Koručula to Kastela, and that courage paid off many times over. The soil of the Donjokastelsko field proved to be excellent for a variety that is otherwise characteristic of the island of Korcula, as evidenced by the numerous awards that this Posip has won. Today, Ivan Milan's vineyards have about 2,700 vines and about 6,000 bottles are produced annually.
Within the winery, there is a tasting room where you can taste and buy top-quality posip, but also enjoy Dalmatian gastronomic specialties.
