Lun Oil Mill is a family farm with a long tradition from the island of Pag. This rich estate and oil mill was created out of a love for olives and olive oil that has been passed down for generations. Long-lived olive trees, fertile soil and a continuous tradition of olive growing on the island, are their source of daily inspiration. Part of the Olive Grove is 1963. protected and declared a botanical reserve. The oil is thick, greenish-yellow in color, with a pronounced intense scent of healthy, fresh olive fruit. Mild bitter and spicy taste with a pleasant aroma. It goes well with all Mediterranean dishes; fish, pasta, vegetables or salads and a special experience is quality cheese sprinkled with a few drops of our oil. The production of the oil itself is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and cold pressing methods are used to preserve the nutritional value and richness of aroma and taste. In addition to olive oil, we also offer other homemade delicacies such as jams, spreads, brandies and liqueurs. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in specialized stores, in the oil mill, through the webshop and in direct agreement with the family farm.
