Tavern Pizzeria Aquarius is located in Buje in Istria. It opened back in 1988 as the first pizzeria on site. The tavern is run by the Voric family, who share their love for traditional Istrian cuisine with their guests. That way, in addition to a wide range of pizzas from the bread oven, there is also a large number of Istrian specialties, made according to old recipes. The steaks from fermented meat and pizza from two types of dough, wheat and rye are their top dishes. Special attention is paid to quality and fresh ingredients. In addition to food, the Voric family also produces their own wines, which you can enjoy by visiting the Aquarius Tavern. They offer Malvazija Istarska, Chardonnay, Teran and Cabernet Sauvignon.
