Restoran Komarda smješten je nedaleko Vrata od Ploča, a glavni adut ovog položaja je terasa s predivnim pogledom na dubrovačke zidine i otok Lokrum. Jelovnik je baziran na mediteranskoj kuhinji, a sastoji se od velikog izbora morskih i mesnih jela. Restoran poslužuje i meso ili hobotnicu „ispod peke“, kuhanu pod metalnim poklopcem. The house wine was a local wine from the owner family vineyard and it was excellent. The prices of the wine were reasonable compared to other places in Dubrovnik. The services were excellent.

We had a beautiful view of the terrace of this Island, the seating area is glassed making it cosy and sheltered. It gave us the idyllic outlook over the bay as we enjoyed the pasta Istia which was good and simple. Worth visiting.

We have visited here many times and will visit many more times too, the location is quiet. We enjoyed eating around sunset rays that dazzled on the crystal clear waters. Good spot to take a selfie.
