Fiolic Winery is located in Zadar. It is a small, family-run winery that started in 2006 with experiments in the production of wine for personal use. Good results and enthusiasm led to the opening of their winery in 2016. Today, they produce 20,000 bottles of wine a year, market them throughout the region, and their wines are recognized as top quality. They produce white, red and rosé wines. In addition to wine, they also produce award-winning maraschino cherry liqueur and fig liqueur.
The modern and pleasantly decorated tasting room can accommodate up to 12 people. Wines and liqueurs can be tasted with small snacks.
