San Rocco olive oil is an unavoidable ingredient in the gourmet restaurant of the same name and the main feature of gastronomic delicacies, and was chosen among the world's best oils in the publication Flos Olei - the world's most recognized guide to olive oils. Native olive groves contain 400 trees of Istarska bjelica 60%, Buza 30%, Karbonaca 10%. Olives are harvested by hand, grown and processed traditionally using modern technologies, their production is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and the oil is cold pressed. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in specialized stores, on the farm and in direct agreement with the family farm.
