OPG Crnobori with a successful tradition of 50 years has located its native olive groves in Banjoli, not far from Pula in Istria. The primary activity of this family farm is olive growing, ie the production of top-quality, award-winning extra virgin olive oil. Olive groves stretch over one hectare of fertile land with a total of 250 trees with varieties such as Istrian bjelica, buza, rosulja, pisholino and leccino. Olives are grown and processed traditionally, their production is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and the oil is cold pressed. We highlight the multi-award winning Banjolac oil. It has an intense aroma of olive, pine and almond fruit, moderately bitter taste, intensely spicy and slightly aromatic. It goes well as a spice with all green salads, shellfish, seafood, and with roasted meat and fish in all ways. You can buy and taste olive oils in specialty stores, and in direct agreement with the family farm.
