Agrotourism Sia is located in Vodnjan in Istria. They have been engaged in sheep breeding for 35 years. Their main products are hard sheep cheese and cottage cheese. Today, their flock numbers about 200 sheep, the Istrian Pramenka breed. The cheese factory has a capacity of 1000-1500 kilograms. Sheep cheese is produced by the traditional process from fresh, unpasteurized milk. The quality of cheeses is evidenced by numerous awards won. In addition to cheese, the Cetina family produces olive oil and marmalade. They are also famous for their lamb prepared in the traditional way. On the estate, you can taste their products and enjoy the gastronomic specialties of Istria.
