I am glad I had time to visit this wonderful place. I enjoyed watching the natural production and cultivation. I had a wonderful experience testing multiple products. I bought some of the products for my sister to taste.

I took my family to Zampera Cheese Factory to see how cheese is manufactured. My wife loves cheese a lot, and she had a wonderful experience touring the place. She bought some cheese to use back home.

Golija is prepared from boiled goat milk and served as young goat cheese. The Zampera family have easy-to-follow recipes that really aided the learning process.

zmanski cheese is prepared from raw goat milk with a traditional family recipe. I enjoyed learning the whole process of making it.

The goat cheeses prepared in this location are delicious. I loved both the Zmanski and Golija.

I really enjoyed tasting cheese Golijs. It was very delicious. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. I bought some of the cheese.

This cheese factory only produces goat cheese. It is really sweet. I was able to taste it. We were given a tour round the factory and we were able to learn how they process their cheese

They produce goat cheese. They process their goat milk traditionally. They produce two different kinds of cheese Zmanski and Gotilja. It was a really eduative trip

We bought a few bottles for home and i can't wait to drink them. We had a different Istrian specialities and the homemade olive oil and everything was of exceptional quality and taste,the staff was great at presenting wines and the family history. Ideal place for wine lovers.

We went for a wine tour at the winery, we chose wines for our wine tasting and they were all delicious. The winery has a "Tuscany style"n with a stone made house, it is a gem in Istria with a delicious olive oil. We were welcomed me and my doggie.
