Der Strand von Lanterna befindet sich im südwestlichen Teil der Insel Vir. Innerhalb dieses Strandes befindet sich ein alter Leuchtturm aus dem Jahr 1881. Der Leuchtturm wurde 1950 renoviert und 2012 zu einem 5-Sterne-Ferienhaus namens Villa Lanterna umgebaut und registriert. In der Nähe wurde eine kleine Anlegestelle für Boote gebaut. Das gesamte Anwesen ist versichert und hat einen eigenen ständigen Wachmann.

I loved the views of the beach during the night when it was lit up. The housekeeper who guard its premises were friendly to us and left no information untouched about its startup. Kind Hearted people live here.
