Nicht weit von der berühmten Sonnenbucht entfernt, unterhalb des Hotels Vespera, liegt die schöne Kieselsteinbucht Borik. Da sie nach Westen ausgerichtet ist, wird sie den ganzen Tag von der Sonne beschienen und ist ein idealer Ort zum Sonnenbaden.
Der Strand Borik ist ein eher flacher Strand mit leichtem Zugang zum Meer, der für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und ältere Menschen geeignet ist. In der Ferne, im Westen, ist die kleine, bewohnte Sandinsel Susak zu sehen. Am Strand können Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme gemietet werden, und die nahe gelegene Strandbar sorgt für die nötige Erfrischung nach dem Schwimmen und der Sommerhitze.

Borik was quite beautiful giving the view of a small,inhabited sandy island of Susak from a distance. Sunbathing on this bay was quite enjoyable. Even choosing to relax on the pebbles nearby was more soothing and the nearby beach bar even made the longer stay more bearable since you could get some refreshments easily. I enjoyed this family friendly beach for sure.

My family and I visited Borik beach in the spring when the flowers were blooming. Its shallow beaches was very suitable for my little children. The presence of many cafes along the beach makes the experience even better. Such a nice place.

This beach is rather shallow with easy access to the sea and thus making it suitable for families like mine with small kids. The beach is charming with both sand and stone parts.
