Oil mill Sveti Ivan is a family farm in the area of ​​Vodice. The oil mill was created out of love for olives and olive oil. Their olive oils are made from the blend of as many as 4 Dalmatian olive varieties. The production of the oil itself is certified organic (without the addition of any pesticides), and cold pressing methods are used to preserve the nutritional value and richness of aroma and taste. Within the oil mill there is a new, modern tasting room. You can buy and taste their olive oils and products in specialized stores, in the oil mill, and in direct agreement with the family farm.
