Prosciutto Farm Brkic is located in Lozovac, in the hinterland of Sibenik. It is engaged in the processing and drying of Dalmatian prosciutto and other cured meat products. Prosciutto is prepared traditionally: with sea salt, Bura wind, and smoke. No flavor enhancers or artificial colors are used in the production. Prosciutto Brkic won a gold medal at the International Prosciutto Fair in Tinjan in 20217.

The processing and drying of prosciutto and other cured meat in this location is interesting. I enjoyed learning the different steps on how the meat is prepared.

Last weekend, my father took me to this place, and I was impressed. The tradition and culture of the Croatian people can be seen through their products. The staffs were also pleasing. They were happy to serve us.

Other than prosciuttos they also process cured meat products. I liked how they prepared their Prosciutto, with just sea salt and Bura wind. It was very sweet

My kids and I loved the traditional meat specialities in Prosciutto Farm Brkic restaurant. I mostly enjoyed the authenticity of their meat products. I will recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting Croatia.

Interesting history of the place as we had a tour around the Prosciutto Farm Brkic. We enjoyed the visit to the place having to learn the processing of the meat in the best way ever and the amazing delicacy that is held at the place.
