Madirazza Winery is located in Potomje on the Peljesac Peninsula. It produces about 300,000 liters of wine a year. Potomje is the most famous wine-growing area of the Peljesac peninsula, especially because of the famous Dingac variety. Thus, the family winery Madirazza offers Dingac and Postup as its main products, which must be aged for one year in oak barrels before filling, and then for another six to eight months in bottles before going on sale. Their Dingac Grande Madirazza Riserva from 2005 was served at the lunch of Pope Benedict XVI and a hundred bishops, after which another 100 bottles traveled to the Vatican.
