The first olive oil tasting called Bracchia was opened in the very center of Selce on the island of Brac. Here you have the opportunity to taste various local olive oils of unquestionable quality that are diligently and carefully produced by family farms, Brač farmers, but also modern oil mills. Brač oil is special in that it is obtained exclusively from autochthonous Brač varieties. Organic production and cold pressing to preserve the nutritional value and richness of aroma and taste.
