Bolfan Vinski vrh Winery
Bolfan Winery Vinski Vrh is located in a small village Hrascina in Hrvatsko zagorje. Their dry wines are especially famous. They say wine is made in the vineyard, not in the cellar. That is why Bolfan vineyards are engaged in natural cultivation and apply ecological methods in wine production. They produce Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Muscat Yellow.
The cellar is located on a vineyard estate. Tastings are organized and it is possible to buy Bolfan wines. It is also possible to book accommodation on the property.
